An experienced therapist:  As a BUPA private health care Psychotherapist/Counsellor, listed on the Harley Street online platform and someone who has been verified by Psychology Today,  you can feel safe in the knowledge that I am held on the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register.    This means I a qualified and experienced to practise.  I am a registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor (MBACP reg) and professional accredited registrant Psychotherapist/Counsellor (PNCPS accred) who has worked in a large corporate employee assistance programme (welfare service).  During this time I worked with a range of mental health issues from stress, anxiety, depression, relationships through to self harm, suicidal thoughts.  I work nationally with clients on the telephone and via video call (Zoom) but also in person at my therapy rooms in Cheltenham and Gloucester.

As an Executive Coach:  I have worked in Leadership and Management roles for 20yrs and I am a qualified and accredited Executive Coach who can help you fulfil your career and life potential.  As an Executive Coach I am qualified and have extensive experience working with people to improve their lives and achieve their goals.​

Discreet Locations Used:  For face to face counselling I use locations that are discrete.  Telephone and Video (Zoom) counselling offers you flexibility and privacy safe knowing that I am a member of the Association of Counselling Therapy Online (ACTO).  This means I have met a standard of practise for online work that is recognised and sees me being held on the ACTO register.
